Indoor Swimming Classes for Fall in Western Suburbs

Anyone know of any swim classes (for a 19-month old who absolutely loved the lake and pool this summer) that are held after 4:00? Everything in the area that I came across was for an early morning class. Hoping there is something somewhere in the near western suburbs (or close enough) that accomodates working parents. Thanks in advance!

My friend brings her son to an indoor pool in Oak Brook. She said the pool is warm and there is also a water slide. She has had her son take parent-tot lessons and he has now moved into individual lessons. I think this is a park district pool. She is really happy there. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure exactly where you're located, but Lifetime Fitness offers swim classes at all hours of the day (my son is in a 5pm class), and you do not have to be a member to enroll in those classes.

oak brook park district is the best. They have one-on-one lessons or group lessons....the one-on-one lessons fill up fast so sign up right after the class is open.

Oak Park YMCA has both night and weekend swim classes for infants/toddlers. We did them last winter and will probably do them again this winter, as our daughter LOVES them.

We have used a few places, but our absolute favorite has been HealthTrack on Roosevelt Road in Glen Ellyn. I am not sure if they have an age limit, but they definitely offer private lessons. Their instructors are a mature, patient and really good with the kids.

We go to the B.B. Ryall YMCA in Glen Ellyn - I believe there are afternoon and Saturday classes for babies and toddlers. My kids have been going there since they were 6 mos. and love it!!
