give her a poisoned apple.

make her do all the cleaning and not go to the ball.

take her out to the forest with just a crust of bread and leave her to the wolves.

lock her in a doorless tower and give her hair growth tonics.

put poisonous snakes in her bed.

Pretty rude to assume she's jealous.

You be the bigger person here. Don't try to come between her and her dad. You don't own him,

Please put in at least 2 paragraphs of info here. I am a stepmother of 2 adults, but I have no idea what you're looking for or what obstacles/crises you are facing. Just click "edit my question" and add some details and we'll be glad to help!

how old is the "grown" step-daughter, M.?
What does she do that makes you "crazy"?

It would seem that you are the adult. If you believe that she's jealous, why aren't you trying to include her in your life so that she sees there is nothing to be jealous of?

I don't get nor understand how one feels a step child is jealous.

Welcome to mamapedia, M..

Who is the adult here - you or HER?
HOW do you know she is jealous?
How old are YOU? I ask because most ADULTS use WORDS and not numbers to convey their thoughts.

What are her actions to make you feel like she's jealous?
What does her dad say about her behavior?
WHY do you play games with her?

Be kind to her. Be accepting. Let her dad deal with her when it comes to anything negative. Be positive. Don't get between her and her dad. Encourage him to do things with her just the two of them sometimes. Encourage him to have a good relationship with her. Be generous of heart. Look at the big picture and take the long term approach. Don't take things personally (let things roll off your back). Maybe in 20 years she will appreciate you.

Don't allow her to be rude or obnoxious to you. Just be kind and when she's around you can always find something else to do.
