Hi ! I am going to Miami for the weekend with a few girlfriends for a bachelorette party. We're all early 30's so we want to dance, drink and have fun but we're definitly not going to go buck wild (lol) - so anyway. I'm average - 5'5 about 140 pounds so not really overweight but not really skinny. What kind of outfits should I wear to go out to the clubs and dance? In Miami - I've never been there before! Also - we're staying at the Betsy Hotel. Does anyone have any hotspots near by that they recommend? Thanks everyone!
I grew up there and can tell you that literally... less is more. When we are all home and go out (especially at my age/build), I tend to go with a great pair of jean, heels and a fancy tank- great jewelry is a must too!
At this time of year, you will see people in a variety of outfits, but you should wear what you find comfortalbe, attractive and appropriate! Have a great time and enjoy!

Yes I agree with the other responder. Anything goes in Miami but short skirts would be a good call. You can walk up and down Ocean Drive and stop in various hotel bars but the hotel Madonna is partnered in is the Delano. A must check out.
Any kind of halter top flatters most figures.
I love this style top on a dress as well. You don't mention your favorite body part. I have great legs, so I would wear something that would play up the legs.
You can always do jewel tones. They look good on most people but you didn't mention your skin coloring either.
I'm a huge fan a satin girly blouses and sequence embellished tops too. A black top with some jeans and some dazzling jewelry is always nice. Get some rhinestone earrings or necklaces. A great pair of jeans, cute sandles or hot heels are nice too. I love panten leather feminine flats. They can be dressed up or down.
Have fun transforming what you already own and pick up a few "WOW" factor pieces that can integrate into your everyday wear.

Anything goes in Miami. I've been by myself for a fun weekend and had a great time. The Clevelander is on Ocean Drive and has a great pool bar. I have stayed there a couple of times. We've also stayed at the Beacon as well.
Most of the time, we choose to stay at the more upscale hotels but at South Beach, I like to be in the action so we stay at the Ocean Drive hotels. Short skirts/dresses, cute spiky heels.
FYI, in case you are not aware, the beach is top optional.
I don't remember all the club names, we walked everywhere, enjoyed great food.

Miami is a lot of fun. When we head down there to go out (which is rare), I usually wear some dressy jeans, some great heels, and a cute dressier top. It's very trendy and anything really does go, but people are usually dressed up a little. A cute, sexy dress with heels would also work. Carry a cute little clutch and wear some great jewelry and you're all set. Have fun! It's a great spot for a bachelorette party!
The women tend to dress up down here when going clubbing... Either wear a cute dress with nice heels or some skinny jeans with a dressy top and heels.. FYI-There is also a great male strip club you can take the bachelorette to ....they specialize in bachelorette partys and it is alot of fun!!
