Exterior House Painter - Recommendation Needed in Issaquah/Klahanie Neighborhood

I know a very good painter. He is a good friend of the family and works for a painting company for a living and has for years. My husband is a pressure washer and has been for years as well. They could team up: my husband can pressure was and prep the houses for painting, (also he can check for roof damamge and treat the roof for moss at no extra charge) and then his friend can paint.
