My neighbor works for himself, and is probably unlicensed, but he is very honest and does an excellent job. He painted my home (by himself, and my home is 1200 square feet). He did it in a week. I paid about $700. If you would like his number, let me know.

My fiance is a painter, he just painted our entire house when we moved in. He works full time during the week but could schedule it on a weekend or days off. Our company is a carpet cleaning and maintenance/paint company. I can send a pdf flyer with info if you're interested. He can use Eco Friendly paint, (low odor) from Dunn Edwards which is better for everyone. Price will depend on if you want ceilings, trim, and doors done, how many coats, which paint you use, etc. Give me a call and you we can work up an estimate. We are located in Culver City.
