Hi Moms-

I am wondering if any of you have dealt with Empire Flooring and what your experience has been? I would love to hear feedback good/ bad and whether you have a rep that you would recommend? Thanks a bunch, in advance.

Kind regards,
N.

Empire is good, BUT, have Luna come out and quote the same thing. Do not talk quotes. You can get them bidding against eachother for the best pricing. I ended up getting almost 40% off of Luna's original quote just because they didnt want to lose a job to Empire... good luck!

I wouldn't bother...my husband and I inquired about hard wood flooring and the guy that came to our house appeared as if we were intruding upon him. He was rude and tried to pressure us into a sale which really wouldn't have been much of a sale.

Don't waste your time or money.

Hi!
We have used Empire for both our carpeting in our upstairs and Pergo floors in our kitchen and dining rooms. You REALLY have to know your prices before they come. Have a good idea of what you want to pay. Both times they gave us an outrageous price and then when we said "No" they haggled and called their boss for special discounts. It was kind of like buying a used car. That part I HATE, but both times we paid what we wanted. I have to say the installers both times were fantastic!! Hard workers and very nice/clean. If you have any quesyions let me know!

My sister-n-law used them and had a horroble experience. In fact they had to come out twice to re-install, which took 2 months to haggle with them about the crummy job they did. Empire contracts the work out & if the subcontractor does a terrible job empire doesnt want to bother with getting it fixed.

We called Empire about 4 months ago. They gave us a two hour window, and when no one showed within it, I was a bit upset --since, as you know, when you have a little one, it's hard to run errands and they wasted two hours of my daughter's awake time.

A representative called 5 minutes after their window, asking if they could come in two hours. We told them NO, and then went to DeSitter. We were pleased with DeSitter.
