Consignment Shop Suggestions?

Most consignment shops I have been to charge a very significant fee. I would suggest eBay as an alternative idea. I have sold most of my maternity clothes and many baby clothes and baby items on eBay. Just make sure that you are trying to sell for the appropriate season for clothing. Selling summer clothes now is not a very good idea.

Crib-It on Bishop Dr near Atlantic Station is the best for baby gear....Sweet Repeats on Pharr Rd is the best for clothes.

I don't know what area you are in, but there is a consignment shop in Powder Springs, near McKeachern High School, that has bought baby items from me, without any charge. I didn't consign the items, just sold them to her. She gave me a resonable price for the items (double stroller, swing, etc.).

I believe there is one near Clarkston, Ga, called Jack & Jill, which is located in Avondale.

I do a consignment sale twice a year with Glenn School (on N. Decatur Rd & Clifton Rd) in Dekalb Co. - near Emory Univ., www.glennclothingsale.org It is well organized and people love baby items. I have been with them for five years and I still sell with them (my child is now 10). You have missed sign up with most consignments (most sales are currently going on now), but check www.atlantaparent.com to see a list of consignments in other all areas.
