I had a C-section 8 years ago. I bled for 8 weeks, then began having periods again within 4 weeks. This even though I breastfed for 2 years. I experienced some bladder pain shortly after the surgery. It went away with antibiotics. Whenever bending over I heard a squishing sound near my incision for a couple of years. The squishing sound went away. My doctor said I had a hernia at the incision site. I have not had that repaired. I have frequently had low abdominal pain and low back pain (usually a burning pain) for the last 5 years. I also have a frequent offensive vaginal odor. I don't have insurance, and tests are very expensive. I am hoping that someone has experienced the same symptoms and can help.
Planned parenthood provides health exams related to sexual health and postpartum issues at their clinics. If you have one that is local, you might see if you can get an appointment. I believe that the cost is on a sliding scale.

You need to address your health. Get health insurance. That's just all there is to it. I wish you the best with this.
You really need a doctor to check you out.
You might have a fistula, complications from the hernia, scar tissue from c-section.
You're going to need a few tests and a permanent fix will probably include surgery of some sort or another.
Not taking care of it could end up being more expensive in the long run than taking care of it now.
You need to see a doctor for these issues. You have already been diagnosed with a hernia that you haven't addressed and may be causing some of the pain, but you have to talk to a doctor about it. Get insurance, then address your health issues.
Planned Parenthood is a great place that you can go if you have no insurance. They can work with you as far as cost so you can afford it.
Ok, it is really easy to say go get insurance. However, no matter what type of insurance you get, there is a significant cost to doing so. Sometimes, you have to make the decision on whether to pay for health insurance or pay rent/buy food. This is a choice that many folks face. I waited tables in college and although health insurance was offered, it was WAY too expensive for someone making $2 per hour plus tips.
That being said, it does sound like something that you need a doctor for... The best I can say is to go to your local health department. It may not be the best care, but probably would be better than nothing. Perhaps they can advise you better there...

Many medical facilities will accept cash and give you a discount if you pay cash because they don't have to deal with insurance.
Example... We do have good insurance coverage. I needed an MRI and it was $2500 and my portion with insurance was $1250. I flippantly made a remark " wow, what do people with no insurance do". The manager said they pay cash price. Do I asked what's cash price and it was $400 in the spot. I said well geeze, I'll pay the $400!! I had 2 MRI'sand only paid $400 for each one.
Point.... Go ask your dr if you can pay cash. You don't know how they will work with you until you ask.
Like I said, we have good coverage but geeze, I'm willing to pay cash and just avoid the insurance if I can get a deal like I did.

I had a c-section about 9 years ago but do not have the symptoms you describe. I would not wait to have it checked out.
