I'm a third grade teacher and once in awhile I have a student who has never lost a tooth, is toothless with no adult teeth yet or loses their first tooth in third grade. I don't think it's too out of the ordinary to be 7 with no wiggly teeth. :)

I agree with Corie. If the dentist feels like everything looks fine, and your son sees the dentist again this year, they will be able to tell you if anything needs to be done about it..

Everyone is different. It usually starts around the age of 6 or so. My granddaughter is 7 and has only lost 2 so far. No worries!

I wouldn't worry at all. My daughter who is about 7 and a half just lost her 2 front top teeth last weekend and has 2 more loose ones on the bottom. Every child is different and goes at their own pace. both of my kids didn't even get teeth until really late. Eventually the new teeth will start pushing on the baby teeth and make them come out.

Kids are all different with losing teeth. If the dentist said everything is OK, I wouldn't worry. Take him to the dentist regularly and you should be fine.

was he a late teeth getter??? Because sometimes they will loose them later than normal. If your realyconcern take him back to the dentist. Also check behind the babies sometimes they cut the root but don't make the baby tooth loose and they come in behind the baby tooth. that happened to all my daughters teeth.
