Baby Play Groups

The Davis Parent Nursery School (DPNS) has a wonderful mixed-aged playgroup for children and their parents from 15months to 27months...DPNS is a wonderful cooperative nursery school and you will make loving friends for both your family and child. You are sooooo lucky!!! I loved Davis. I am an Aggie and lived there for 6 years. Enjoy it, it is a bubble of its own with the best school system ever! Look into the city programs they have all types of programs. I think there are several infant/toddler programs. You may have to sign up rather quickly because the due date is either close of closing. Also look in the local paper which list local events.

Things to do:
Arboretum on campus a must especially now with the ducklings which are adorable.

Our play group is through MOMS Club International. There's a chapter in both Woodland & Davis (I live in Woodland). We have about 16 moms in our group right now, not sure how many attend the group in Davis.

I have an older newsletter from the MOMS Club of Davis - I can't give out personal contact info on the web, but if you email me (____@____.com) then I can send you the contact info on the newsletter I have - OR you can go to the main website: www.momsclub.org & there's a link near the bottom that tells you how to find a local chapter.

That's the only mom's group I've heard of for this area & I've been here over a year now; I'm sure Davis has a few more options, you'll just have to ask around when you're at the park or something. Good luck!!
