My Daughter turns three in January, and we really do not know where to take her or what we can do. We live in a small town about an 1 1/2 hours from Tulsa. We are willing to go to McAlester, Muskogee, Tulsa, even thought about Oklahoma City. Any ideas would be greatful. I have two other children a boy(41/2) and girl(8months) so I have to keep that in mind too.
why do you have to take her somewhere? What's wrong with a party at home? Use a winter theme, building snowmen/etc....& the kids will have a blast!
I am also going to suggest a party at home. While both my kids have summer birthdays we have only done parties at home so far (they are 2 and 3) I figure we will have plenty of years to go somewhere when their age will provide more options.
Depending on what small town you live in, what direction from Tulsa that makes a huge difference. In Stillwater, for example, there are many different options than say....Miami. Or the difference in Newkirk or Talequah.
So a bit more information might be a good thing, even if it is just a general location such as I live close to Muskogee and was wondering what is available in that area. An hour and a half from Tulsa takes in almost half the state.
I would check with the local Y if you are members, there are various options available at the different ones. Ours has a whole new facility and they have the best things for kids to do. The old building didn't even have a pool so having a birthday at the new one is a total for sure success.
The different museums might have birthday party options too. A natural history one where the kids might be able to touch dinosaur bones would be totally cool. There is one is Stillwater and in Norman. The Omniplex/zoo/planetarium is totally awesome too.

I also don't know much about your daughter, but my son, who is 2 1/2 loves music. Is there a children's concert you could take her to? Or maybe a mommy/daughter bonding day with manicures. At age 3 they don't really need a whole lot to feel special.
For my daughter's 3rd party we bought cheap blue plastic drop cloths from lowes taped off the garage halp way down. Bought a roll of butcher paper taped it up and unleased the kids with paint. Their party favor was a long sleeve shirt to paint in. We bought them hobby lobby, a lot of times they have those half off. Kids loved it.
