Moby Wrap Baby Carrier

Has anyone out there tried the Moby Wrap or one of the other Moby products? I found some information on it, but want to get any feedback from someone who has used it before I purchase it. I have tried many baby packs (so I can pack my baby around with me when I need my hands free) and none of the ones I have used are kind to my back and shoulders.

Air Travel Tips W/ Infant

I need airplane travel advice…my husband will be on the plane 5 hours (not including checking in) with my 3 1/2 month baby whom I am nursing. We will be sitting in regular class and we did not purchase a ticket for our baby, since she flies for free. The airline knows that she will be on the flight. Should we ask for specific seating? Does the airline have to provide special accommodations? Where would we change her diaper -do they have a changing table in the restroom? We were thinking of just bringing our Ergo (backpack carrier)...

Mommy and Baby Products

I just had a quick question. I have several family members who are going to be having babies here really soon. I have my ideas of what to get them but I am requesting others ideas. So my questions are if you were given a mommy and bay basket at he hospital what products or things would you just want to have in it? Also what item or product could you absolutely not live without with a newborn? What item or product that you did not want at all? Thanks a head of time for the input I appreciate it. Aloha M.

At What Age Do You Let a Baby 'Cry It Out'?

I have a 7 week old son who was held day and night by his well-intentioned grandmothers for the first 5 weeks. While we greatly appreciated their help, they are now gone and our son wants to be held in order to go to sleep. He won't go to sleep unless he is in his swing (another one of their practices) or in someone's arms. After he has fallen asleep we have to lay him down with the greatest of care and pray that he doens't wake up. We have tried laying him down while he was drowsy but not completely asleep and it fails miserably every...

my son's squishy bath toys (the little animals like duckies and whales and stuff by infantino - the ones that squirt water) have gotten some kind of fish tank algae funkiness to them. i've had them soaking in vinegar+water for a few days but i can still squirt the algae stuff out of some of them. is there a way to clean them?? or do i just throw them out and get a new set (kindof heartbreaking as they were a gift...). thanks!!

Where to by a Baby Sling Here in Dalllas

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knows where you can by a sling carrier. I have a regular front carrier, but I am thinking that my little one would prefer a sling type around the house. Also, if you have one, do you like it?

Conidering Buying a Baby Back Carrier and Not Sure What to Get

I have a wonderful, loving 11 month old little boy that is well over 26 pounds. He is cruising, but not yet walking. He's getting a lot of floor time and does a great job entertaining himself. I have a sling that I love and use it around the house when I'm needing to go downstairs to do laundry, etc., need to get things done outside or he is just needing some extra Mommy time and I simply can't sit and cuddle, but he is getting so big that I think a back carrier would be better at this point. I could 'wear' him around the house and have two...
