Hello, we are moving from CA to Frisco, TX. I'm hoping to find a wonderful community that is very kid friendly. We have a 3 & 4 year old. Are there any communities I should look at? Are the schools all the same?
Thanks for the help!

We live in Stonelake Estates... there's still lots of building in our adjoining neighborhood The Villages of Stonelake if you're interested in new construction and Ashley Elementary is Awesome!!

I can't recommend any communities, but I wanted to say welcome to Texas. There are a lot of us from California who now live in Texas. I'm from San Bernardino.

Good luck! I think you'll love Frisco. It's so family friendly. (We live just north in Providence Village.)

Welcome to TX! I am also a relocator from Southern CA (Riverside) and have lived here 9 yrs...love it!!! We lived in Frisco for 6 yrs and just moved to Prosper. If you would like a larger home and a larger lot, look towards Prosper. Frisco, however, is an EXCELLENT place to live as well. Great schools across the board and everything you need is right there. I agree with the ladies that listed their neighborhoods in Frisco that they're great places to live, nice homes, neighborhoods and schools. I used to live in Stonelake and have friends in each of those neighborhoods, so I'm pretty familiar with them. (providence, I do not know at all...sorry). good luck and welcome!
