Probably Silly Question About Skin...

Hi again! :)
I'm of Irish, German, Scottish descent. So, I'm lighter in complexion. Since I was a teenager, I've noticed that at times my legs and/or arms are kind of pinkish with white dots/splotches.... Has nothing to do with how I'm feeling, temperature, etc... it's just my skin. I am just curious if any of you know what causes this and how many of you have noticed this?

(yeah, I'm a bit bored today! hahaha )

What can I do next?

I am Irish, Scottish, Polish, German and Dutch. I am very pale, but I do tan well in the summer lol! That has happened to me when I'm really cold (like outside in 20-30 degree weather) but not just normally.

I'm a bit Irish, Italian, and a big Heinz 47 mix of Danish, Welsh, Scottish.... yep, my skin does it too. Kind of weird, but it happens. Usually I only notice it on my palms, though. But yes,it's a strange thing to see sometimes.

Pretty much same background, same skin. Could be the weather is kind of affecting you. Not to worry unless it hurts. Skin creams, even cheap ones can help make it feel soft.
