Im only about 11 weeks pregnant but this is my second pregnancy and Im definitely feeling huge already! I havent gained weight but my pants dont fit. Im about a size 22 and want a bella band. Is it worth it for plus size? Does it worth?

Thanks for your input

A.,
I loved my Bella Band while I was pregnant. I wore it for weeks and weeks during my first and second trimester and again after my baby came. I am a 16/18 not pregnant. I did purchase my Bella Band through the Lane Bryant web site in the maternity section on line.

I am not a small girl myself and I thought that the bella band sounded wonderful but golly I just couldn't bring myself to spend that kind on money on one. I to made my own. I love it! I am now 21 weeks and am still wearing it.

I myself am a plus size, so I feel your pain!! I used the Belly Bra. I got it at target for about $20.00
My OB now recommends them for his patients. I got one in all colors!!

Congratulations on blessing #2!! I am also pregnant with #2 and like you havent gained any weight but havent been able to button my pants since 6 weeks. The tummy sleeve is a lifesaver! I have 2 and wear them everday. It is exactly like the bellaband but comes from the motherhood store. I highly recommend!!! Very awesome, very affordable!

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Girl I FEEL ya! I have looked ready to pop since I conceived #5 :o)

Anyhow, I dont know if they come in plus size, but I always made my own with fabric from Walmart. Its much cheaper for basically a really big stretchy hairband!

You might also check out www.bellybra.com I just ordered one since I am 24 weeks and feeling like my guts are hanging out!

I would look on EBAY you can find pretty good deals on gently used ones.

I used a bella-band-like product from Motherhood Maternity during my pregnancy, and it was a lifesaver throughout! Being a size 20/22 myself, plus sized maternity clothes seemed to fit strange--big in the tummy, tight on the rear--so I used the band to fit into my pre-preggo clothes in the beginning and used it with maternity clothes to have a better fit later. I recommend it--it was definately cheaper than the bella band.
