I delivered my DD at Rush North Shore in Skokie, we loved the Ped. that did her newborn check, she came highly recommended, but we live in the city and didn't think it was wise to have a ped. so far away...she was so nice that we thought long and hard about it though. :-)

I take my kids to Dr. Ohr in Northshore Health Care just behind Trader Joe's on Waukegan and Lake and I really like her. I am impressed with how professional yet friendly she is and I feel like she actually listens to me! The phone # is ###-###-####. Good luck!
NMPG has an office in Northbrook that I've gone to several times, despite their other office being closer to my house. We've seen Dr. Karacic for several years, but also have seen Dr. Norwood. The kids all adore Dr. Norwood. I don't know if she also works up in the Northbrook office, but it's worth checking out. She always spends as much time with us as we need, and answers all of my questions in depth. We've never felt rushed, and she's very attentive.

We live in Glenview as well and would highly recommend Dr. Brunner. She has offices in Wilmette and Glenview. She is very caring and will go out of the way for you. She doesn't ever rush through her visits with you and takes the time to call you back personally if you need her to. We have 3 kids 5,7,9 (2 boys and a girl) and they all love her. My child sees Dr. Sheri Fisher at Town & Country Pediatrics located in Glenview, My sister's kids see another doctor there and they are all wonderful. I've never waited more than ten minutes and after my baby received his vaccinations I was welcomed to stay in the room as long as I needed to comfort him or nurse him. Everyone there is friendly and the nurse is great with handling shots.
Hello. I live in Glenview and am very happy with my pediatricians office. We go to Glenbook Pediatrics near The Glen. They have a wonderful front office staff, are always prompt and support parents in their advocacy for their kids. We see Dr Gries - he has a less than perfect bedside manner- but he's familiar with hemophilia which we deal with. The rest of the doctors are wonderful. We recently saw Walsh whom my daughters and I loved. They also offer lots of classes for all ages and are happy to refer you if they can't find a solution! Good luck!
