Need New AC...Has Anyone Used the Air & Heat Experts Out of Lewisville?

I just had a new AC unit installed in May by Samm's out of Plano(I live in Frisco). I've been using them for about a year and a half and they've always been great. A lot of my neighbors use them too. Paul is the owner and his whole staff has been great!

I don't have a comment on the providers, but would like to offer some words of advice. Our A/C went out over Labor Day weekend one year- needless to say you're over a barrel and need immediate relief. BE VERY WARY of 90 days same as cash deals unless you are SURE you can pay it off in 90 days. The interest rate if you don't pay it off is usurious- at least 22% and the way it is compounded is crazy. We were paying about $135 or more per month and maybe $20 was going to the premium which didn't really cover the interest racking up. I can't remember the details exactly, just know it was the most extreme ripoff I have ever seen. I don't think we'd have ever paid it off if we hadn't sold the house. READ THE FINE PRINT. No matter how hot (and desperate) you are...do your research and be sure you know what you are signing. The heat will make you do something crazy otherwise! Good luck staying cool!

We just returned home a few weeks ago from vacation to a very hot house...we tried two companies on a Friday evening before we called Avery Air Conditioning - they were out in about an hour and did an excellent job. Very honest, dependable, etc.....very good experience.
