A Advanced A/C & Heating Brian Linder is the owner. He is great and so much less than everyone else in the metroplex. I needed some ducts replaced and had 4 estimates each were between 200.00-250.00 per duct. He came over and did it for $75.00 and it took 30 minutes. My parents just had there a/c & heater replaced. They got 4 estimates that were 16,000-6,800. Brian was the 6,800 he sold them an Amana not a TRAN (way more expensive), but they both had the exact same warranty. He is very honest and will not over charge you. His phone number is ###-###-####.

Do not use Comfort Air. In their ad they have a picture of Einstein. They are extremely high and if you do not purchase the service package after the first year then the warranty is void and no good. We purchased an a/c unit from them a couple of years ago and paid 9990.00 and now we wished we would have done things differently. We were pressed for time b/c we were scheduled to leave town 36 hours from the time our a/c broke and we were leaving our 90 yr old MIL here in the middle of the summer. So we did not have a lot of time or options. I hope this helps.
