They have shirts that say BIG GUY and little guy, you can buy him those and put the shirt that says Big Guy on top, which he won't be so thrilled with but tell him there is a card or something in it and make him lift the shirt and have the little guy shirt showing on the bottom...

Also I don't know if he is a fan of Family Guy but there is a sound clip of Stewie and his mom is still pregnant with him, he is giving updates and he says something like day 83 "I've grown another finger, add that to yesterdays count that makes 11.... (We used this for a dvd my husband did of my son's first year)

I love everyone's ideas and I am not very creative myself but...........

During Valentines, Publix will sell a Chocolate Chip heart shaped cookie- have the bakery write in BLUE "It's a boy" or something cute and have it served for dessert at the restaurant.

As a Valentine's gift, you can get him a pendant on a cord or steel chain or whatever he likes. There is a pendant with the family image of two adults and two children that would tell him your news! Here's a link for you

It's the first one I found in google, but I've seen it on many websites so you can shop around for a price. If he doesn't wear jewelry, it could just be a keepsake, or you could get him another baby related gift.....like "It's a boy" bubblegum cigars from party city or something. Oh, another idea is a sonogram picture in a boy themed frame.

Have the waitness bring you some special dessert. On the dessert have a baby boy figurine and sparkling candles and then give your husband a cigar saying it's a BOY!!!!!!

If you're planning on getting romantic later on that night, you can write "it's a boy" on your belly with something that won't rub off?

Or maybe you can give the server a note to put on his dessert (or his meal if he doesn't normally do dessert)? OOH or maybe you could buy an outfit for a little boy - wrap it up in a box or in a bag with Valentines Day wrapping paper so he has no clue- and have him open it at the end of dinner.

Sorry, pretty lame ideas I know!

All I can think of, pretty dumb, but here goes....get a nice looking gift box and put small sport balls in it...football, baseball, etc. Or if you can do it quickly get a funny t-shirt printed up (choiceshirts.com)

First of al CONGRATULATIONS!!!! How about asking the staff instead of singing Happy Bday to bring your husband dessert singing It's a boy It's a boy and have the dessert be decorated in blue!!!!!
