Hi I dont have twins but I do have a 19mth old boy! My husband was deployed when I was 3mths preggo he got back for the birth and left when he was 10 days old Its not easy but so worth it! We are in Grafewhoeh but only for 1 more month pcs after 3yrs You should get enrolled with the massage program to take the babies when you have them and I know they have playdates available also when the babies come so it gives you time to talk to GROWN UPS and lets the kiddos coo'& ahhh at the other babies if you go long enough the kids will have friends till you pcs! =)

Well, I dont have multiples but I am recently new here to Germany. We arrived here 17 Dec and we are still settling in. My husband is a twin and was born and raised here in Germany(Landstuhl, Wurzburg, and Fulda). Not sure where Schweinfurt is but I believe it is north of Wiesbaden where we are. My husbands father was a single father in the army with twin boys stationed in Germany during the 70's so I am sure if you have any questions we may be able to help. Let me know,
A.

Hi, I'm 28 yrs old, with a set of 4-yr old twins and a 3 yr old. My husband is deployed and I also live in Schweinfurt. I work at ACS in the Family Advocacy program. Please, if you would like to talk, you can reach me at 09721-96-7058. My name is N. Dozier. Did you take the SNAPS class? You sound a lot like a lady I met in the last SNAPS class. Anyway, I have been through a lot. When I had my twins in March, 2003, my husband was in Iraq. When he came home, I got pregnant again and delivered my son THREE DAYS AFTER he left for his second deployment to Iraq. So I was left with 3 infants at home and I had it rough. That by far was the roughest time in life by far. And we came here to a non-deployable unit and he's gone again for 7 months (actually it'll be 7 months in Feb). I am here with whatever you may need, because I sympethize with you and understand exactly what you are going through and being in a foreign land makes it that much more challenging. You may continue to message me here as well. Stay in touch -N.

I can't say I have much experience other than I was a nanny for twin girls from their birth up to one year. I also am very close friends with a woman that has twin boys...but that isn't why I am writing. I live in Wiesbaden Germany and have been there a little over one year. I am currently in the states visiting family but if I can help you with anything, I would love to!
