I'm good at it, but I have no clue why. I really don't believe you can do to much to create one over another, I think that's God's department. We always said God gives us what we need and we are proud to have what he wills. I have one son and he prayed awful hard that our fourth baby would be a girl. She died and my son felt awful. Through tears he said, "I would have painted my whole room pink and shared it with her if she would have lived." Our fifth child was a boy and he also passed away. My son's heart was broken. When our youngest arrived we found the most beautiful baby girl! His friends asked him if he would have rather had a brother. He said, "What? Didn't you look at her? She is perfect!!!" Be happy with the gifts you recieve.

The book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" discusses the details of your cycle and what you would need to know to increase your chances for having a girl.

I honestly don't know how much of this kinda stuff I agree with. But hey if it gets you experimentally sexually than it couldn't hurt lol

I will say though that you might want to look at the make up of your hubby's family. Medically they say that the sex is determined by the MAN not the women. So if that's true, and your hubby comes from a family of all boys, it might be a LITTLE bit harder to conceive a girl.
But it's worth a shot right??

GOOD LUCK!

i agree with susie, GOOGLE brings you to ABOUT.com
and it talks about position, depth, temperature and TIME OF MONTH.
But you STILL will have 50/50 chance if you ask me!

Supposedly, if you conceive before you ovulate you are more likely to have a girl. If you conceive while ovulating then it is more likely a boy. I have no idea how accurate this is but this is what I have heard.

My hubby has 2 sons from a previous marriage, both born in October...we then had 2 boys of our own, both born in October...when we got pregnant with our 3rd and final child and the Dr. set her due date in February, we all knew she was a girl!

Sorry I have no other advice...I hear the Chinese calendar works for some?

~I wanted to have 3 boys...just think how cute 3 brothers would be...and no matter what, one of them would always have a "great idea" for them to do, they'd never be bored!

Short of having a genetically proven female embryo implanted, you get what you get. Supposedly if you have a diet rich in dairy you are more likely to have girls. If you don't have deep penetration, girl. If you have sex a few days before you ovulate, girl. Fact of the matter is, all of these things end up being about 50% accurate ; )

Statistically, since you have two girls already you have a 46% chance of having a boy. That is pretty close to 50%.

Good luck....all you can do is have some fun making the baby and hope for a girl.
