They use to be cute...cute enough for me. I'm not that big. I'm sure I could afford surgery. And if I could, I'm not sure I'd want to go that route. Any suggestions or experiences? They are...well, droopy. I've breastfed two babies. Anything I can use or apply to help tighten or make perky again? Thanks for any advice.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I honestly didn't think exercise would work but I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for all the information you all have given. Mamasource is one of the best things to happen to me...seriously. I will update in a few weeks with results (hopefully positive).

Oh, I laughed at the first notice (via email) because it wasn't until that moment that I realized I spelled breasts incorrectly.

Hi B.,

Breasts are primarily fat, and gland, on top of muscle. The only way to really "perk" them up is to exercise them. Push ups, pull-ups and butterfly exercises will help. If you want more information you can google for specific exercises...Being small is an advantage and they will probably come back quicker than you think...

Regards,

M.

Hello B.,
I had been in there. I breastfed three children and after that was never the same. After each child it was worse. I was never very big and my frame is small. I decided to get surgery last March and sooo happy with it. I went from a droopy A to a C and it fits me perfectly. It does not look too big and fake. They look and feel natural. If I had gone any bigger it wouldn't look right but this fits my body. It is a big decision but I spoke to several Dr's and even my OB and made my mind up to have the surgery. Good luck with whatever you decide. C.

Hey girl, I was told if you do chest exercises that they would firm back up not sure how true that is but it doesn't hurt to try.

padded bras?

You know, I've just heard about a surgery where they take fat from your thighs or lower abdomen and put it in your breasts... So, one day when I'm done having kids, that sounds like the way to go!

Look online for excercises. There are ways to make them look better after kids without surgery. However, if your nipples point to your toes as mine did no excercising will fix that. I had implants and a lift done and love the results. My boobs after two kids were more like deflated balloons. Long, saggy and pointed to my toes. I hated it. I also had a lot of loose skin I had the Dr. removed. It wasn't as bad as I had thought pain wise but I had a great Dr.

I get messages from ediets and they sent me something about chest excercises so look on their website.

Hope I helped.

You would be amazed at how fast targeted exercise will make those breasts stand at attention. You don't need a personal trainer and can do these at home. Use hand weights for faster results. Look in the library or on line for video or photos demonstrating the exercises.
