I would go even in the rain. Just wear rain gear and perhaps carry an umbrella. But then I'm in Oregon and we have rain all winter long. I go for walks in the rain. Otherwise I'd rarely get outside.

The temp wouldn't bother me, you could bundle up. But if it was pouring rain, I wouldn't go.

If I already paid for it, I'd go bundled up with an umbrella. Kids love the chance to use an umbrella. Just have some towels waiting just inside the front door.

45! wow that is warm, I would take my kid in a heart beat. Here is in the teens at best that late, but I would still take him, just in proper clothing of course.

I agree - cold is fine, but rain isn't. In the pouring rain neither you, nor your 4 y.o. will have a good time. If it is just drizzling, I would go. But pouring rain? Nope.

No. I don't enjoy cold or rain, so I would pass on it this year.

We have been going to Boo at the Zoo since my kids were toddlers. It is usually between 15 and 30 degrees here when we go, sometimes with rain, sometimes with snow. We are going tonight and it will be about 20 degrees. We just dress for the weather. If it is raining, wear the appropriate rain gear and have fun. When the weather is bad you usually have less line-ups to deal with, so it is sometimes more fun.

No. The rain was the deal breaker. If it was just cold--it can be managed but rain too? Definitely not.

Cold, yes. Rain, no.

Not a chance. Would you want to be cold and wet? The animals would probably be in and stay warm and dry.

Not if it was pouring rain...cold wouldn't be a problem, though.

45 and rain probably wouldn't stop me each on their own, but TOGETHER???? eeehhhhhh.... I would probably say it depends on if I had told my kids about it ahead of time. If I had and they were REALLY looking forward to it, I'd do it and try to be as prepared as possible. Rain ponchos, dry clothes to change into after, and lots of layers!
