Birthday Present for a 5 Year Old
Ok, so this is very last minute....my niece is turning 5 today and I have no idea what to get her! I hate to get her toys because they (her and 2 older sisters) already have more toys than they know what to do with. She's not that interested in clothes, jewelry or books. I'm at a loss so I thought I'd turn to all the super mamas out there for suggestions:)

How about a special outing? For someone that has everything they want, an experience where you have fun and make memories is always a good idea. You could go to lunch and a movie, or a special park, or bowling, or miniature golfing, to a museum, or even to get a pedicure.

I love the outing idea. Most 5 year olds would feel so special to go out with their aunt for some one-on-one time. You wouldn't even have to do much, just go get a bite to eat and do a fun activity. She'd love that.
My 5 year old daughter loves crafts. Perhaps you could get her something from the craft store to create. Mine loves clay (model magic is fun), stickers, stamps, painting, felt art posters, beads, etc. Anything in the craft store would be a hit with her! Good luck!

I think that two things I always need and are good for kids are new clean bath toys and reverent activity/books for church!

Books! A kid can never have too many books. She is probably starting to read or is already reading so look for books she can read on her own, maybe a mini series.
