Anyone Having a Garage Sale ????

Hi L., I don't know if you're still interested, but I’m having a garage sale May 1, 2 & 3 from 9am to 6pm.

I know most of you probably have plenty of baby gear, but if you know someone who’s expecting and in need of stuff, please pass this on. I also have a bunch of home décor and collectible items (see more detailed list below).

HUGE Children’s Clothing, Equipment and Toy Resale! This coming Saturday, April 12th! Special Delivery Mothers of Multiples is sponsoring a Resale of gently used children’s clothes, toys and equipment. It will be Saturday morning, from 8-11am at Kirk of the Lakes Presbyterian Church, 1500 Hawley St., Mundelein, (right next to Mundelein High School). I too am looking for some sales. I am out in Pingree Grove and looked on craigslist.com and saw that there was a sale in Crystal Lake. I am going to try to search the local newspaper online and check out a website called Huntley Neighbors to see if anything is going on.

I am in CL near LITH & I have heard about a great one the first week of June at the Southwind subdivision in Huntley that I can't wait to go for. The woman who is in charge of it made $9K last year selling her own stuff for items she gets free. I will also ask moms in my moms group if anyone is having one and let you know.

Hey....I don't know if you are into this kind of thing but the "throw anything out and the garbage trucks will take it" weekend are coming up in Algonquin. East of the river is the 12th and west of the river is the 19th. Everyone puts out whatever they want to get rid of at their curbs the Friday before and then people (including myself and a few of my girlfriends) drive around and see what people have put out and see if it's anything thy can use. Just a thought.

My Mothers of Twins Club is having their resale at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn on Saturday April 19th. It costs $1 to get in. We are also having a subdivision wide garage sale the 16th and 17th of May, it is Kimball Farms in Carpentersville which is located behind the Dominick's on Randall and Huntley Road.
