3 Year Old Sleep Habits
Ok, my oldest will be 3 next week and for the past few weeks she has not been sleeping thru the night AND getting up at 7-7:30am everyday! That may sound normal to most but for us it is not. My kids are night owls. They go to bed by 10pm and sleep til 9am, at least my 17mo old still does. I am 4 mo pg with my third and I really need my rest. I still get up and go to the gym in t he mornings but with so much interrupted sleep that is killing me! She won't even take a nap! Is this normal, I mean I understand we all go thru sleep cycles but...
