What is it? How does it taste? How does it work? What does it cost? Where can I get it?

We're going to Vegas in a couple of months so I need to pump as much as possible between now & then plus continue to exclusively nurse my little "tank." So, please, tell me everything you know about this matter :-)

What can I do next?

I haven't tried that but I've bought Yogi Nursing Support (never heard about it but figured I'd give it a try) and Organic Mother's Milk. I bought those for about $5 at the Natural Grocery store in the city. My sister used the Organic Mother's Milk, drinking 3 to 4 cups in one day and said it did an amazing job of helping. I've only drank one or two a day since I don't want to overproduce, just support. :) Plus, my pump has broken...

What you're talking about is mother's milk tea. You might want to get in contact with a local LLL group or a local LC. You'll get really well researched info and guidance. S.

It is just a combonation of herb's that have been known to support milk production(the box explains it all), it has blessed thistle and fenugreek in it as well as a few other things. It tastes kind of like licoriace, but I hate that and could drink it(with honey or sugar). What it does is actually helps stimulate the glads that procduce milk, which unforunatly are also the gland that produce sweat which is why some women will sweat some when they let down so it helps increase that production, i was able to get it at our health food store for more like $3.00 a box, they also have it on-line for about the same price. I used it the whole time i pumped during work hours and it helped alot.

It's by Traditional Medicinals. It's supposed to increase your milk supply, but you have to drink 3-5 cups per day. I get it from Target for like $4 for a box of 16 tea bags. It's herbal tea, so it tastes like typical herb tea, but it also has a hint of black licorice taste (it's the anise seed).I personally dislike tea AND black licorice, so I was afraid to try it, but decided to try it anyway. That being said, it is tolerable. When I first opened the package, the smell hit me (it smells really strong), and I was really nervous about brewing it, but it was not strong at all, even after steeping it for 10 minutes. I bought some honey lemon sticks, and use those, since I have to drink it at work. It's ok, not "my cup of tea" (lol), but if it's going to increase my supply, then it's all worth it in the end!

I started drinking it about Wednesday of last week, and have been drinking 3 cups per day. So far, I don't really see a difference, so I'm going to increase to 5 cups a day, and see what happens.

Good luck!!

I take Healthy nursing tea three times a day. I have no side effects. I am still taking it because when I do, my supply tanks. I went from only pumping enough for two bottles to pumping enough for three or four depending on the day and when in last feed him.
