I need some advice or even just some opinions that some of you might have. My SIL and myself are thinking of starting up a cleaning business, to bring in some extra cash for our families. We don't know if it would worth the investment, or even if we would get enough clients to sustain the business. If anyone has any advice to help us out, please feel free to reply.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I don't have a business so my advise is intuitive, but it would seem you need a client 1st. Then see how it goes before much investment is made. Whenever I hear about successful businesses that always seem to start with 1 prospect and then grow from there. Have you considered working for a service 1st to learn the business from that end?

Hi C. - I have a little experience in this that I can share. I was also looking to start a business about 4 years ago. I looked into starting a cleaning business or starting a business that I would organize and put together scrapbooks for people/etc. I found that because I had small children that I needed to find something I could do from home, and I also wanted to find something with a risidual income that was really flexible so that if one of the kids got sick I didn't have to miss work and then not get paid. Anyway, I discovered The MOM Team. I've been with them for 4 years now, and I love it! It has really helped me be available to my children, but also bring in a substantial risidual income. If you want to look in a different direction than a cleaning business, check out my website at just request info from me and I'll give you all the details: www.ComeHome2Work.com

I have been involved with Arbonne International, a company which provides Swiss formulated skin care products which are herbally and botanically basedfor almost 10 years. I started my businss when my children were ages 4, 7 and 9. One of the many things I love about Arbonne is that I could weave it in and around my family life - I still do. It has been life changing for me and many of the women on my team. Although I made $$$ right from the beginning, I have made a 'significant' income for many years now. If you are curious and would like some information, I would be happy to meet you to see if it might be a good fit for you. I could also put some info in the mail to you.

The biggest drawback to a cleaning business is that you would need child care and that can be expensive.

Good luck with your quest!!

Hi C.,
I know the struggle you are going through, and that is why I thank God everyday for the business He gave my husband and I. First of all, it's a drink called Monavie! It is an awesome nutritional juice with 19 fruits in it, which has made my family very healthy. My husband had arthritis and now it is gone. There are many more things it does, but you can visit my website at www.the-team.biz/mv978655 But the greatest thing is, you can make alot of money with this just by drinking it, feeling it and sharing it!! There is a very low cost to start up, and no overhead to worry about!! It would be well worth your time to look into! Give me a call if you are interested. The way we build this is by giving you as much support as you need!! My number is on my website!!

Can't wait to hear from you!
Stacy
