We are interested in signing our boys up for swim lessons. Can you recommend a program in the Fraser, Warren, Sterling Heights area? Thank you.

My friend signed her 2 girls up through the Warren Community Center and they loved the classes! Plus they were very affordable, even for out of resident people.

Clinton Twp parks and rec has a program, it is at the middle school pool (15 and little mack) and since summer is over the classes are in the evenings and weekends. I would look at the website http://www.clintontownship-mi.gov/ and check out the brochure for the summer another one comes out in the next few weeks. I have been taking my daughter to the swim programs since she was 6mths old (she is now 3 1/2) and everyone is wonderful!!! I also think the price is right, it is a little more for nonresident but I would pay it.

Good luck

The Warren Community Center offers swim lessons and has a beautiful facility. You can find the schedule of available classes on the City of Warren website.
I know the classes fill up quickly. Good Luck!

Hi

My son (2 years and 8 month) starts swimming lesson at Lifetime fitness on Crooks Rd next Wednesday (in the evening). I don't know how it will go for my son but I watch their teachers giving lessons to an other group and I was really happy with how they were proceding so UI thought I should give it a try.
You do not have to join the club, they offer a subscription for non-members.
I know also that they have a program at Community Center in Troy but I did not check that one.

The Warren Community Center does swim lessons (13 1/2 between Ryan and Mound) and I think the registration for the Fall sessions will be happening soon. If you are from Warren, you will probably get a brochure in the mail with registration info, but if not, you could probably find their website online...I don't know it off the top of my head.

Hope that helps, my son took lessons there last fall and loved it :)

warren recreation center has classes. Go tot he recreation center and check it out. its on Mound and Arden. Than you could also try checking into roseville high school and fraser high school have pools that they offer swim lessons. Check with your city too. Macomb community has them too.
