I can't decide which best. I would really appreciate your advice/comments.

My LO is 12 months old and is getting to big for her car seat.

What can I do next?

Both good car seats with positives and negatives to both. the cost is about the same for both seats.

Boulevard has a base so its taller, which can be good for a smaller child, bad for a bigger older child. Its a bit shorter harness wise than the Radian. It will rear face to 35lbs, forward face to 65. Super easy to install and adjust the harness because its infinite adjust, no rethread harness.

The Radian seats are narrow and fold for travel. They have a taller top harness height. They are incompatible with some cars, especially if you have rigid or very long belt stalks. It will rear face to 40 or 45lbs depending on model. It will forward face to 65lbs or 80lbs depending on model.

It just depends on what kind of seat you need, so go to a store that carries both and try them out, see which you can adjust easier, install easier, fits your baby best.

Also, please google EXTENDED REAR FACING, and remember no bulky jackets, snowsuits, or buntings in the car seat! Fleece and then a blanket over top is all that is necessary (and I'm from minnesota and have 3 in car seats!).

Both are good seats. Britax is significantly easier to install. Make sure the radian is compatible with your car, because it doesn't install well in all cars.

We have both... for a 12 month old I would go with the Britax. I like the Radian for my 4 year old but not for a little baby. The Britax is also much easier to install. hth
