Hi Girls,

I'm SO bored of my music while I'm working out, at the gym. I'm a big cardio person, so I need upbeat music.... I have about 80 songs on my ipod and am so bored of them all....
Suggestions please!

Give you an example of the type of music I like:
-Titanium- David Guetta
- ET- Katy Perry
Rihanna songs
Silence- Delirium

It can be old (like 80's or brand new)...
I don't like any country, blues or really heavy metal...

THANK YOU!!!!

What can I do next?

Here's part of my workout tracklist(I also use it for weighted walking and yoga stretches):

George Harrison's cover of "(I got my mind)Set on you"
Katy Perry "Firework"
Escape Club "Wild Wild West"
Will I am "I like to move it"
C&C Music Factory "Gonna make you Sweat(Everybody Dance now)"
Jamiroquai "Virtual Insanity"
Bananarama's cover of "Venus"
Destiny's Child "Independent Woman" and "Survivor"
CeeLo Green and Jack Black's cover "Kung Fu Fighting"
CeeLo Green "Forget you(or the uncensored version)"
Duran Duran "Rio"
Eiffel 65 "Blue"
Genesis "I Can't Dance"
If you like Industrial/electronica:
Fatboyslim singles: "Weapon of Choice" "A Wonderful Night"
Album --You've Come a Long Way Baby
Album--Better Living through Chemistry
Crystal Method "Name of the Game"
Dirty Vegas "Days go By"
NIN Album--Pretty Hate Machine
Offspring "Separated"
Extreme "Play with Me" From Bill & Ted's Soundtrack

NOT SAFE FOR KIDS or faint of heart:
Lords of Acid--Lust It's a mostly girl band that does tongue in cheek raunchy humour to an electronic/Industrial beat. Best song is called, "I Must Increase my Bust. Hilarious, and great for washing the car in tank top and daisy dukes teasing the guys...I mean working out...:P~

Stretches: Novo Era Album--Millenio Josh Groban debut Joshua Bell Albums--Voice of the Violin and Vivaldi's Four Season's at St. Martin in the Fields

Have fun!

I have a special workout mix I listen to. Helps inspire me.

Machinehead by Bush
I Like It by Enrique
Remember the Name by Fort Minor (ultimate workout song!)
Bleed it Out by Linkin Park
4 Minutes by Madonna
Crazy &itch by Buck Cherry
Lose Yourself by Eminem
It's Raining Men by the Weather Girls
American Girl by Tom Petty
City of Blinding Lights by U2
Rockstar by Nickelback
Legs by ZZ Top
Whisky in the Jar (version by Metallica)
I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas

I also am a big George Michel fan and 'Listen without Prejudice" is one of the best collections ever, IMHO. Great background for work. Cross Roads by Bon Jovi is good for work too. Oh, and anything Tom Petty, U2, or Johnny Cash.

You will LOVE Rockmyrun.com. it has mixes and various artists and genres of music. It is FREE, but you do have to earn credits. Some are earned simply by signing up, then others are earned by sharing a playlist on FB or liking a blog, etc.

My favorite playlist right now is called Back in the day (looks like the back to the future movie graphic).

Even if you don't run, these are great because they are different lengths and list the beats per minute (as an old aerobics instructor I love this!!).

This site seriously revolutionized my work outs and my wallet!

Do you like "The Beatles?" If so, Anthology, album 1 makes for some pretty great workout music

Have you tried Evanescence? They are my current favorite for working out (except for Zumba CDs, which I mostly use when I'm teaching Zumba itself). Female lead singer, but powerful stuff mostly.

This might be a little too old for you but I'm currently really into Donna Summer while working out.
