What a caring mommie you are! Your baby will learn soon how to roll the rest of the way. In the mean time, just make sure there is nothing overly soft or anywhere she can roll that would cause a smothering risk. That means no pillows in the crib with her and if you have a bumper pad around the sides of the crib, take it out. She will be ok!
Mommie, you need some sleep! If it makes you feel better, set your alarm to go check on her once or twice a night, but that is up to you!
God Bless you, and your little one!

Relax.
If she can roll over, she can lift her head.
Make sure she doesn't have any stuffed animals, puffy blankets, or pillows in her crib. She will be fine.
Both of my children came home from the hospital and slept on their bellies. They didn't like being on their sides or their backs.
Go get some sleep.
YMMV

Well considereing that pediatricians recommend babies sleep on their backs for a reason, I don't think you are completely wrong for worrying. Just because a baby can roll on to their stomach does not necesarily mean they have the neck muscle strength to turn their head. Every baby is different.

If you are worried, invest in a baby sleeping wedge. It is 2 small wedges connected by a pieceof material. You lay the baby between the wedges and it prevents them from rolling around. It cost about $10.00 and you can get it at Wal Mart.

Now chances are your little one is fine and you are loosing sleep over nothing, but as a mother I know I wouldn't take the chance if I was worried. I used the sleeping wedge until my children were old enough to wiggle out of it.

When in doubt, era on the side of caution . . .. . or at least, call the nurse at your pediatricians office and ask for professional advise!

Once they can roll onto their fronts they are fine to sleep like that , so relax. Is she sleeping in a crib? If she is then you don't need to worry about her falling out , or does she co sleep with you? If you co sleep if she is in the middle then she will be fine also.

Hi Ivana, it is OK for her to sleep on her belly, all 3 of my kids slept on there bellies, my mom had five we all slept on our bellies, I bet if you asked you were to ask your mom how you slept, if you were born in the 80's or before you slept on your belly. And the thing about no stuffed animals or puffy blankets, please, all my kids had stuffed animals and puffy blankets all my day care kids have them at home, me and all my siblings had them with no problems, You need to seek advice more from your mom and older moms who have already raised healthy kids more so than moms in your age group, because they probably have np more experience in taking care of baby's than you do. it is good to ask questions if you are not sure, but seek advice from experienced mothers. If she can roll onto her belly by herself then she will be fine sleeping like that, just make sure there are no blankets or stuffed animals especially near her face. You need to get some sleep! Back in my mother's day the doctors told everyone to put babies to sleep on their bellies, and we survived somehow. Yes you should still lay her down on her back but nothing bad will happen if she rolls and then sleeps on her belly, lots of babies do that.

If she is rolling over she should be fine to be laying on her belly but to make YOU sleep better I recomend the Angel Care Monitor... they are great! They have sound and also a motion censor so if they do quit breathing for longer than 20 seconds an alarm goes off. (It just has a pad that goes under their mattress and monitors their movements) I think theyre like $90 at walmart.com. babies r us and baby depot sell them too. Since i got one Ive actually slept great and not felt like i had to constantly worry and check on my baby! Good luck!
