I am 23 years old a single parent of a three year old angle. We bought a new home a year and a half ago. We live alone which i love, i wouldnt have it any other way. We spend alot of quality time together, expecially in the yard. I have hit a rough spot in my life (which im sure everyone has or is). I have a great job with wonderful benifits.working 8-5.lately i have became a little dissatisfied wih my money.i am on a very tight budget.trevor is getting older and the older they get the more expecsive the toys and clothes become. I have been seriously looking into a second part time job to bring some extra money where me and trevor can live more comfortably but my main concern is not having enough time with my son and missing out on what i enjoy now. I do not know what to do? If anyone has any advise.. Should i just wait it out and dont miss out on time with him or do what i have to do to provide the best for him? Sometimes i dont know if what i think is best for him really is. Please help ease my mind????

What can I do next?

Well... I don't have any "opportunities" to tell you about... and I'm not in your situation, but this is what my gut tells me. If you can pay the essential bills, stick with what your doing and spend time with your precious boy. They are only three once. This is such a precious age.... and at this age, do they really NEED or care about the latest toys and clothes? I'm a stay at home mom and while we arent' exactly stuggling, it would be nice to have some more income.. but these years pass so quickly and we're putting that on hold for now. Good luck whatever you decide... but think about whether he's going to remember all of the quality times with his mom, or the cool toys he had?

Have you ever thought about maybe opening up a weekend babysitting service? Maybe keep one or two kids during the day on weekends for parents that have to work? I know when I worked weekends it was really hard to find someone reliable enough to keep my son and when i finally found a good sitter she was definetly a blessing. That way you could make a little extra money, not loose any time with your son, and have some other kids there for him to play with. Hope this helps..good luck..J.:)

Hi B.,

I am so tickled to read all the responses you got. The work from home opportunities that the ladies have mentioned to you are all great. I actually work with the same company doing the same thing. Four Points, Work at Home and my organization MomsWIN are all great ways to make money from home. We all represent the same company and do it about the same way, primarily working over the internet from home. A great perk to this is we SAVE you money in addition to making it. We are not MLM and we have a unique concept.

My cell number is ###-###-####. My advice is call me and see if you are interested after you have the facts. The other groups are good groups too. Compare what we have to offer YOU and then you decide if this fits your life. The information is free and the training and the free tools that we give you can build a business you can count on for the rest of your life. I personally think anyone can do this and make money. I am on the coast of Florida for the summer spending quality time with my girls because MomsWIN has worked so well for me. Believe me I was at the end of my rope when I started and was about to pull my hair out. I have several single moms working with me and you work around your schedule...not anyone else's.

I am back and forth to Atlanta but we can do all the coordinating from email and the phone. I would love to hear from you and see you have more quality time with your son.

Hope this helps!

M.

Hey B., I can totally relate.. You definitely have a choice to make. I was not willing to sacrifice the time with my son. They grow wayyy to fast as it is.

I started working from home pt 2 yrs ago and am able to provide the additional much needed income that we were looking for. But the great part is that I still have the flexibility of being an at home mommy with my son. If you would like to know more about how you really can have the best of both worlds (more income, flexibility & time w/ your son)... I would be glad to share more info with you. Hi B.!!

I was in a somewhat similar situation not long ago. I am a new mom and a new grad, so I had been out of the workforce for quite some time. I decided it was time to get back in,so I looked on babycenter.com on the birth month boards and in my group (the August 2006 moms) the discussion came up about part time work for moms that want to stay home. One person had a pretty decent opportunity. She said that she was a tutor on brainfuse.com , I looked into it and applied. She said that it takes a while to build up, but she felt that it was worth it. I never really got started because you have to pay for your own background check adnd everything and I didn't want to go through all of that to only start off with may $ 10 a day (1 hour of work). The longer you work with them, the more kids they will add to your roster. It starts about 3 in the afternoon, but you can have your schedule for later. It really seems like a legit business, but I couldn't find them in bbb.org. So before you start you may want to run a check just to be sure. It will probably be worth it in the long run. Good Luck. ((Sorry I droned on so long)) Oh and I also think that you need a degree, but I am not completely sure. I hope this helps

Do I have Good News for YOU!!! ( You set your own hours)

I’m involved with a company that purchases apartment complexes, rehabs them and turns them into condos. This is a ground level opportunity that is nothing like anything I have seen before! Right now there is no up front investment at all...Your reading right NONE! All you need to do is be willing and committed to working. Each condo you sell rewards you on an average of $3900.00!! Now there will be a point where there will be a fee of $199.00 to join...but right now the fee is waived....
What do you have to loose?

1. You do not need a real estate license
2. No up front cost to you
3. You can recruit a team of your own
4. It is a win - win opportunity!

And as for the buyer’s perks and condo availability

Average Condo ranges between 135k – 155k
1,2, and 3 bedroom condos available (various areas)
No Money Down
No Closing Costs
No Earnest Money
1st year HOA waived

This is a WIN-WIN for everyone involved!! Call K. at ###-###-#### with any questions you may have...

Looking forward to speaking with you!

Hi B., I know the feeling. I hated working 8-5. I was fired last summer because they could not pay me anymore. I have since started a home business and working from home with my children in the back yard. I am available for them and none of my extra money goes out to pay a daycare of babysitter. It is really easy and you can do it all from home. I am looking for people that are SERIOUS about working and changing their lives. We offer residual based pay and lots of monthly bonuses.
