Has anyone tried the Sensa weightloss products? It says to sprinkle it on your food and you lose weight. I am thinking of trying it but not sure. It costs three payments of $45, that is a lot for me but it sounds interesting. Let me know if any of you have tried it and if it works or not. Thanks.

What can I do next?

L., in just 7 weeks I have been able to loose 13.5 lbs. Without taking anything. I would probably recommend just looking at your portion control and the amount you move/ walk or exercise.

I am 44 and have 4 kids and probably tried everything. This is the first time I did NOT remove food from my diet. Instead I cut down on the portions. It really works.

take a small plate maybe 8 inches and use that. eat 5-6 meals. I know that sounds like a lot but it works. THe more good food and correct portions you eat the more you will loose. Everytime you eat you jump start your metabolism. And get moving. Even walking around your neighborhood 3-4 times a week is great.

If youi have any questions you can email.

One night last spring I couldn't sleep an saw an infomercial. I ordered it and since then I lost 30 pounds, my husband lost 35, my mom lost 35 and my mother-in-law lost over 30 too. The program is called the six week body makeover http://www.mybodymakeover.com and it is incredible. It works with your body to formulate a diet that will work for your body type. All involve eating smaller portions 5-6 times a day which is great because it is easier to pass on bad snacks when it is time for your healthy snack anyway. To make it easier we buy lots of chicken, cut it into the portion sizes we are supposed to have, marinate it and grill it all at one time and then just heat up a piece at meal times. We also got a rice cooker and vegetable steamer to prepare a lot at once and have everything ready to go. That really helped when my willpower would have been weak. Now that I lost the weight I have been able to keep it off by just following the plan most of the time but allowing myself some pretty big cheats (read Sonic burger and shake) on occasion. I know this is more work but in my experience quick fixes rarely work and this has for my whole family.

I have been loosing weight by doing the following:

Eliminate desserts, carbonated drinks, alcohol, icecream, beef, pork, white bread, biscuits, no drive thru foods
Limited starch intake, popcorn
More fruit, vegetables which is much cheaper than the unhealthy foods.
Drink a cup of green tea every morning and tea through out the day with honey rather than sugar
Sleep more...
Try and walk as much as possible
For breakfast eat either a piece of fruit with yogart/nuts; boiled egg with an english muffin; a big cup of multigrain cereal/skim milk with a piece of fruit; cottage cheese with nuts and a piece of fruit... and a half glass of cranberry juice either apple or promegrant...

Cook a crock pot of beans or cabbage and have that for lunch. Cheap and very nutritional.

For an in between snack, I toast one slice of multigrain bread and dip in olive oil. Saw this on Oprah. A hand full of nuts... almonds/walnuts are great...

And do not eat anything after 7:30 pm at least six days a week.

When you look at a food item, think what is the health benefit of this item. Um?

I feel much better... skin looks better...

Good luck.

for health , everything you read says to just try to not fill your plate quite as full, try to cut down on fried and sugar products, take a little walk or do just a little exercise and weight will come off and stay off, and be healthy, and if you use things or go on a strict diet it may come off for a bit but will come back and more with the yo-yo effect. So just be patient and just try the above and you will save $45..

I've heard of it, but I'm so skeptical of anything that you can't just buy at the store when and if you want it. Beware of all the scams out there...Wu-yi, acai websites, etc.

The best thing is portion control. Although I don't do Weight Watchers, it really is the best for changing lifestyle.
