Safely Dying 1 Yr Olds Hair for Halloween

Anyone know of anything I can safely use to dye my 13 month old daughter's hair for Halloween? She has very light brown hair (and not too much of it), I've heard of people using Kool-Ade because it's non-toxic...I'm just worried that it will not come out.
Am I nuts for even considering it?
Thanks

No offence, but yes I think you are nuts! Don't do it. My sister dyed her sons hair when he was almost 2 yrs old, and it totally discolored hi hair. I don't know what she used, but she finally ended up shaving his hair off! Don't do it! Leave her baby innocent hair be!!! Really!

Just to chime in, I wouldn't dye your baby's hair either. In addition to the concerns already mentioned, I recently heard a report on NPR about common things that increase risk of cancer and dark hair dye was one of them!

Happy Halloween!

Could you put a hat or hood on your daughter's head that would be the color you are looking for? Just an alternate idea!

I agree! Please don't do it. You can see if she will wear a wig. Both of my girls have blonde hair and I put that hairspray dye in it (pink) and it would NOT come out! I had to take them to the salon and have one of those "clarifying" treatments done. Won't do it again! Have fun!
