Since my little girl was born we have had her on the Sassy Mam bottle, I wanted to switch her awhile back b/c they leak if you dont get them on just right and I returned all her bottles and bought the nuby well she didnt take well to it so I was at walmart buying the nuk which is something like the mam since no where but BRU sells it in store. The next day I was at BRU buying the Sassy Mam well she started w/a private sitter and she told me she didnt think my daughter was taking to the bottle very well so I tried the playtex ventaire and she didnt do so well w/it so today I am trying the evenflo.. has anyone else played this game w/their child. I thought this was something that happened early on.. my little one is 5 months old now!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Its only been two days but so far we are doing good on the evenflo purely comfi bottles. They arent expensive at all. Its taking her awhile to drink an entire bottle but she's drinking it and thats all that matters. She hasnt been wanting much formula here lately!

I went through a similar thing-my daughter had reflux.

We started out with the Playtex drop ins and they were great for two months. But by month 3 the reflux was in fill swing and one of the things we had to do to help her with that was try different bottles.

I figured out after buying two large sets of expensive bottles to just buy two and see how it goes for a couple of days-if we made it past three days then I went ahead and bought the big set of them.

We wound up going with the Avent bottles.

I have always used the playtex drop ins and they are wonderful! I have had several friend who tried many different ones like you and ended up using those as well. I am on my way to buy more for my next baby as a matter of fact:) Good luck!! ~A.~

have you thought about the fact that she is probably teething and does not want anything right now. It happens to almost every baby at some point. Even nursed babys. The sucking action is uncomfortable to her gums.

Just a thought

Hmmm... I'm not sure because my son didn't seem to have any problems with the playtex drop ins, but what I would do is give any type of bottle 3-4 days if possible before switching to another. It sounds like she may be getting confused with all the switching. I don't know though. Maybe go back to what you used to begin with and try it for 3-4 days and see if it gets better. Does she take a paci? You could always try something more similar to the paci she takes.

Good luck!
