Playgroups - Mechanicsburg,PA

I'm not sure where you live in Mechanicsburg, but the YMCA offers a great program. During the fall my son (he's 2) and I joined their Room to Romp progrma. Its a program that cost $4 or $5 depending on whether you're a member or not. They bring out all kinds of fun stuff to do and there are always other children there. Its an activity for both children and parents to do together. They also have a daycare room that you can put your child in when you want to workout. They recently upgraded everything and got alot more workout equipment. I hope this was helpful.

I'm not sure where in Mech. you are, but my daughter attends a preschool I was very happy with last year, and my daughter and my son will both attend this year. It's called St. Timothy's and its on Carlisle Pike near Orrs bridge Rd. Hope this may help.

Go to meetups.com-I belong to a playgroup there (west shore & east shore moms) and we all get together and there are children of all ages (most are sahm). Give it a try - I just joined and enjoy it.

I go to LA FITNESS and they have a kids club the girls are really good with the children and there is a lot for them to do.

If you join Momentum Fitness - it is on the Carlisle Pike between Mechanicsburg and Camp Hill - They have a childcare facility while you workout at the gym - you pay a little more for your membership but it is nice. I used to go there, just do not have the time anymore with two boys (2 1/2 and 4 months old)

There is also a My Gym a couple of doors down from the gym
