OK here's a fun one! Do you cycle at the same time as the women you spend time with? I usually do but now there have been two pregnant mamas in our group, and two mamas who have just given birth. Needless to say, my cycle is up in arms! It's coming earlier every month and they way I feel I'm probably going to get a second period any day this month.

Has hanging out with pregnant women changed your cycle? Stroooong pheromones :-0

What can I do next?

My body is so strange in that it's on an unwavering schedule. I have several sisters close in age. Friends as a teen, that I was around more then my own family. Cycle was never wonky. I can be around non pregnant women, pregnant women...doesn't matter. My cycle is the same every month and has been for 15 years. It was the exact same after pregnancy, too. Didn't even have a heavy first month. So strange.

It would be beyond interesting if women cycled with me since I am on Seasonale. :)

Even before that the answer would be no.

Yes! When my daughter had 24 hour nursing in the home...some of the nurses were PISSED because they started to 'cycle' with me! (when you have nurses 24/7...you get to know them VERY well).

They were mad mostly because it appeared that *I* was the alpha dog in 'our' pack.

12 years later...(and LONG after nursing stopped) I am still good friends with 2 nurses from the 'pack'.

All I can say is that they are glad I am through menopause now!

lol

My step-daugther and I are on the same cycle. We weren't when she first moved in with us but we synched up within a few months and have been on the same cycle for a couple of years. I only know that because we share supplies - for anyone else, it's not really something I would know or have noticed.

In my own experience, I've never been affected by pregnant women.

The phenomenon of menstruating women getting in sync with each other has always amazed me! Yes, I know there's science around it but it still amazes me!

I can remember when I was a lot younger and living at home, we had four females in the house! Needless to say, during certain times of the month, my poor Daddy and brother just wanted to move out for a few days. lol!!

Fun question!!
