Nutcracker Market

I've lived in the Houston area for 11 years and have never gone to the Nutcracker Market. I'm thinking perhaps I should go but I'm obviously really on the fence. I'm not a big fan of these craft fairs that pop up at holiday time. They seem to be full of the same stuff. Can anyone tell me why I must go to this particular one at least once? And does anyone have recommendations/pointers if I do?
Thank you.

Do it one time. I don't like it as I buy all of my holiday decor at the 'day after' sales.

Everybody should do Nutcracker once, but remember it's huge (wear comfy shoes) and a bit expensive. Good news is, you CAN get a glass of wine there :)

I love going to these because they spark gift ideas. Even if it is not the exact gift I want, it will give me an idea of something to look for. I also enjoy seeing what new clever idea someone has come up with. I love creativity as I have none. And every once in a while I find something that would be perfect for someone.
