There is a Peanut Gallery located in the Plaza Americas building that used to and may still provide part-time daycare. Great location, nice facility--looked into it a year ago for my 2 year old.
I don't know what kind of hours you need for daycare, but the Church of the Incarnation on McKinney Ave has a mother's day out program that runs from 9-2:30 M-F. I have a 2 yr old there and have been very pleased with the program.

Hi i know a lady that is in downtown Dallas she is listed with the state as well! she is wonderful and she is very helpful and also affordable and is open to all parents needs. she is 24 hours m-s! Also she usually does her best at begging affordable im putting the word out for her, samantha is wonderful with my kids.Thanks L. also it it usually around 100 dollars a week!
