I am planning my son's 5th birthday and would love to hire a really good magician who also is a balloon artist. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really want someone to come in and entertain this age-group. Thanks in advance!

We used him for my son's 8th b-day and he was so fun! He came in wearing stilts and the kids loved it. He also does a magic show, makes balloon animals for little kids, and juggles knives and flaming tourches. We set the kids up on one side of the pool and him on the other for the juggling show. It was really great!

There is a magic shop off the square in McKinney. I'm not sure the name of it (maybe someone else can help with that) but they have magicians that come out for parties. Also, if Queen of Hearts off the Plano historic district is still around, they should be able to give you some quality references.

Dallas Child magazine has entertainers advertised in the back section. When I was throwing parties for my daughter a long time ago, that was a good resource for me.
We actually had a magician for her 6th bday and he was great. He had a real rabbit and kept the kiddos intrigued.
