Looking for a Good Preschool near the 63129 Area.

We just moved to south st. louis also...and I just so happened to enrolled my son(31/2) in at a preschool nearby. Its called Faith Lutheran Preschool. Hayden goes only 2 days a week...but I think the 4& 5yr olds can go 3 days a week. The phone number is ###-###-#### and the director is Margie Smith. Welcome to the area, I just joined this group so I am sure you have located what you need by now. My girls go to Treehouse Preschool on Telegraph Road. We have been there three years now, and I am actually one of the instructors. They will go to Point Elementary for Kindergarten next year.

My 4 year-old son just started at St. Luke's preschool on Telegraph road in South County. So far I am very impressed with what he's learned and how happy he is after school and I was also impressed with how acountable they are about background checks for all teachers and even the janitor. For 2 days a week from 9am-noon we pay $75. If you would like any info I can give you their number. I hope this helps.

I have been in business for over 8 years and have excellent references. My hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am-5:30pm year round. I charge 30$ a day, this includes their lunch, an afternoon snack and their preschool curriculum I use with them in the morning. I can't tell from your post if you're looking for just a preschool or a preschool and daycare, but my 3 yr. old son attends a great daycare which has preschool in south st. louis, where we live. It's called Soutwest Baptist Childcare Center, and their phone # is ###-###-####. They're located at 6401 Scanlan, off Watson Rd. They offer daycare/preschool for ages 2-6, and it's more affordable than other private centers. We've been very happy there. For just preschool, just about every Catholic and Lutheran church (and several other denominations) in this part of the city has afternoon preschool 2-3 days per week. Most of the non-parochial centers are west of the city in Webster Groves, Kirkwood, etc. Hope this helps!
