My husband and i have decide we want to start going to church the problem is we need a church that has service on wednesdays my husband works every sunday form 10:00 am to 5:00pm..... making it very diffcult to go anywhere... my husband is off on wednesdays which would be perfect but all i'm seeing for services on wednesdays are youthgroup i really don't want to attend services without him i want this to be a family thing. any suggestions?

I go to White River Baptist Church in Greenwood. They have a Wednesday night service and a great kids program as well. It is very casual and family friendly. Most Catholic churches have Saturday services. If you don't want to go to Mass, my church has an early service on Sundays. Here is the website: http://www.stpeterscarmel.org it is a UCC church (check out www.ucc.org to find out about the UCC denomination). They have LOTS of young families and tons of kids.

I cant really help you with the Wednesday service but I go to St. Roch and I love it because my schedule always varies on the weekend and they have a Sat. nite service, 2 Sunday morning, and 1 Sunday nite service so I can always make it to at least one.
We got to the Kingsway Christian Church located on Dan Jones Road in Avon. They have a Saturday evening service at 7 PM. They also have 3 services on Sunday, but the Sat evening service is really great, too. They have a great worship service...contemporary music and preaching. They also do have services on Wed, but I think it's just the Second and Third Wednesdays..and the services vary with a lot of different thing....music groups, speakers, etc. If you want to know more you can email me directly at ____@____.com.

Yes, my church is the same way with a saturday evening service around 6pm I believe. I attend Southport Presbyterian Church off Emerson Ave and Stop 11 Rd. Its totally on the southside of town, but a wonderful church to go to. I have been going there since I was a teenager and am now 27 yrs old.
