There are no quick fixes for losing weight.
You just have to eat fewer calories.
Try a food diary - MyFitnessPal or SparkPeople are both free.
Eat no more than 1200 calories per day and drink plenty of water.
Losing 2 to 3 lbs per week is a safe rate to lose weight.
I've been following my Dr's orders since right after Thanksgiving and I have lost 60 lbs.

There are no magic pills that do this.

The trick is changing your habits and exercise.

When someone is in the mindset of "diet" the mind automatically thinks less and you may be one to fall into the category of snacking.

Don't think about diet, think about your daily habits and practice better health choices along with exercise.

Someone mentioned the stairs in your house... that is a great way to get moving and get you started.

If you lose a dramatic amount of weight early on, you are way more likely to put that weight back on plus more.

Best wishes.

Cut the bad carbs out of your diet (pasta, rice, bread etc) and you will loose weight. The only carbs I eat are the carbs in fruit. Add more protein (chicken, beef etc.) to your diet so you will not be hungry. I guarantee you will loose weight. Start exercising and the weight will come off even faster. "Nothing taste as good as thin feels😊". Good luck!!!

Simple fast means? They don't exist. And that includes raspberry ketones pills.

Eat healthy, reduce your caloric intake, and exercise. It's always the same formula.

Not on their own. It says right on the website that Raspberry ketones MAY help aid in weight loss WHEN PAIRED WITH REGULAR EXERCISE AND A WELL BALANCED DIET OF HEALTHY FOODS.

if you're looking for a solution.... it's the same solution it's been for a million years...... EAT HEALTHY AND MOVE YOUR BODY. That's it. There are no "short cuts" without severe side effects.

Note also - that Raspberry Ketone use has NEVER been studied in humans. So there is NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE THAT IT WORKS.
Additionally, there IS some evidence that a compound that raspberry ketones are similar to will cause all kinds of heart issues - jittery, rapid heart rate etc. This is from webmd, a reputable health source.

Again- if you want to shed your "love handles" then google what exercises are good for that area of your body and focus on doing those. Eat right. Drink water only.

My mom liked them so I bought some. Unfortunately they seemed to make me sneeze like crazy (?). I didn't take them long enough to notice any weight loss.

Just wanted to give you a heads-up in case you have any allergies.

There is no simple, fast means...that you will not regret, and won't make you put the pounds pack on...plus some.

The only proven way, is to exercise and eat right. If you aren't willing to do that, you will have love handles forever.

Run up and down your stairs for five minutes a day every day. Include cinnamon in your diet. Include green tea. Eat and drink healthfully, and reduce refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, carbonated, drinks, stress, and the notion of "dieting" and quick fixes.

Just like everyone else said, eat right and exercise. To add to that, eat a lot of fiber. Eat oatmeal and blueberries for breakfast (you can sweeten it with a little bit of raw honey) and plenty of fruits and veggies. No white rice or white pasta. Brown rice or whole wheat pasta (in moderation) is okay, in my opinion. Definitely eat plenty of lean protein, eliminate caffeine, alcohol, and sugary drinks (i.e., juice or a Starbucks carmel latte - no way!), and drink plenty of water.

If you have an after-dinner/late night munchie problem (like I sometimes do), make popcorn! I always make sure I have popcorn kernels in my pantry. You don't need a popcorn maker - just a large pot. You need 3 TBSP of oil (I use smart balance oil with omega 3) and a 1/2 cup of kernels. Do not add salt or butter - it tastes great as is! And, you can eat a lot of it and don't have to feel guilty about it! Good luck!

Why not just eat raspberries? If you live in the counrty, you might even be lucky enough to have wild ones. The fastest weight lost I have was when I concentrated on being a "night-time vegetarian." This meant that my super was vegetarian. My breakfasts are vegetarian too, but I never really think about it. Every night I would have a romaine salad. If I got tired of the salad, I would have a baked potato loaded with vegies or beans with buttered bread. Here's what worked for me: (Hm....maybe I shouldn't be so lazy and go back on that diet....I could stand to loose a little weight myself, now that I'm going through "the change.")
Bkft: 1 cup coffee, (any way...just homemade... less sugar.) 2 slices of buttered toast with garlic power sprinkled on it, and 1 fruit. (Any fruit except bananas....too many calories.)

Mn snack: 1 lof-fat granola bar.

Lunch: Small portions of last nights left-overs and a diet soda. (Hubby didn't eat vegetarian at night.) Sometimes it was 2 chicken wings, rice, and spinach...Other times cold shrimp, vegies, and rice....Sometimes mac and cheese....Sometimes a sandwich, 1 string cheese, fruit, and fat-free chips.

Super: Water and salad. (Romaine lettuce, raisins, nuts, and apples with light mayo dressing or blue cheese dressing.)

Nt. snack: 95% fat free popcorn.

I don't know about these pills, I haven't heard of them. But, I have figured out that the only way for me to lose weight is to eat more, more often. My nutritionist said that my body has become very good at utilizing what little I give it, so I have to up my intake and eat more often. It is not just a recipe of reduce calories and move. If it were, I would be very skinny. I would talk to a doctor and your nutritionist both to see what will help. If you go to one who can see the labs from the doc then it is easier for them to help you. Good luck~
