Marker on Shirt

I got marker (or was it pen?) off of a brand new (grrrrr....) UA hoodie with Dawn dish soap (original, blue).

Purell takes sharpie off of a lot of things. I think it's the alcohol.

Try hair spray? It works on ink.

In addition to the suggestions for what you can put on the spot, I've recently learned to take advantage of the "soak" feature of my washer. It gets my sons whites whiter.

Dawn with Fels-Naptha soap and peroxide.

I have successfully used plain rubbing alcohol to get marker out of clothing before. It's even worked on permanent marker as well as highlighter and ball point pen.
It take a little work but it works.

Carbona. They are little yellow bottles in the laundry aisle. They have a bottle for every type of stain. You can find it at Walmart, JoAnn's, and other places.

Usually hair spray can stop a stain from setting if you spray it soon enough. I have been able to get marker off of my daughter's pants using zota soap--like fells naptha. If that doesn't work, I sprinkle a little Oxyclean on it and let it sit for a day or so.
