Looking for Really Good Math Tutor for HS Student Who Does Not "Get" Math

I have a sophomore at Maine South desperately in need of a good tutor - all the recommends from classmates are booked!!
Help - I suspect she may have flunked the final!

You might also try contacting one of the local universities. I know that UIC, and probably Northwestern, Roosevelt etc. all have student-to-student tutoring programs. I bet there's a math or engineering student at one of these schools that would be more than happy to have a part time job tutoring a HS student. Probably one of the commuter schools would be best (I work at UIC and know that most students live at home with parents) because you could find someone in the area.
