Plus any juice idea's were going this weekend to buy a juice extractor but do you just squeeze trhe juice & thats it or do you had to make different drinks.. Any help please..

What can I do next?

We are all natural/organic too. Trader Joe's has a lot of good natural foods(no artificial colors, no dyes, no preservatives, no chemicals)
Snacks we use are:
nuts and dried cranberries
fruit - especially tangerines
raisins
carrots
soy beans (edamame)
seaweed (nori)
crackers with seeds in them
trail mix made from Kashi cereal in a zip lock
jerkey
cheese sticks
olives
whole, small sweet peppers

We use compartmentalized plastic containers (you can get them at the doller store) and fill each compartment with a different fresh fruit or vegetable.

Organic granola with organic yogurt-there's tons of varieties of granola, organic chips and salsa, hummus, organic cereal. If you have a Whole Foods or Sprouts or something similiar they have bulk bins with a variety of stuff from nuts, dried food, granola, trail mix and candy.

Some other quick options are nuts, dried fruits, & smoothies. We like to slice bananas and freeze them. Also frozen grapes are awesome. We even put fresh green beans in the freezer-beancicles. I also keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge, and of course you can also have organic string cheese (Horizon), etc.

With the juices, you can pretty put any kind of fruit and vegetable in it and tweak it here and there until you get the taste that you prefer. There are some good raw food and juicing recipe books that have special juice blends that I am sure are very good. You can probably Google these receipes as well.

As for snack ideas, fruits and vegetables are the best snack options. Organic cheese, dried fruit and nuts, organic popcorn, hummus and just some ideas that come to mind.

It's great that you are going organic. Your family's health with really benefit from it. As with a conventional diet, just stay away from packaged foods as much as possible because, although it may be organic and better for you than the regular stuff, foods that have little or no packaging is usually the things that are best for us to be eating.

Bon Apetit!
