Hello! I am a first time mom of a 4 month old daughter, I work full time and I'm also new to the area. I was wondering if there is a play group near Allen that meets in the evening or over the weekend? If not, would anyone be interested in starting one? Thanks. :)

Hi C.: Congratulation on your new baby! I have a 5.5 month old boy and I work full time as well. I don't know of any evening/weekend groups, but I would be possibly interested in being in one. I just don't think I could commit to attending every week/weekend as I don't have much free time with working. Please let me know if you get any other interested parties.

I am the Membership VP for the MOMS CLUB of SE Allen, but unfortunately, our group really supports MOMS that are SAHM.
However, their is a MOPS Group that does meet for MOMS who work. I would go into the website for that particular group. I know they are based at the Allen Baptist Church off Main Street in Allen.
