Looking for a Good Pediatrician - Villa Rica,GA

I am also looking for a good pediatrician. We go to Dr. Ogden at Children's Healthcare of West GA, but have not had the same good experience as the other woman who recommended them. The office is big, 7 or 8 doctors, the wait times are long, and because they also cater to the hispanic community (which is great) we have had problems with nurses being difficult to understand. I want a pediatrician who will remember our names and faces, without looking at the chart. If that's what you want too, I don't recommend this practice although I do like Dr Ogden, just don't like the practice. Hope that helps somewhat. I'll keep checking back to see what others recommend. I think we may try Carousel.

Atlanta is so very large, were do you live?

I love my Pediatrician. He's in Buckhead at Piedmont Pediatriacs(on Peachtree Street by Piedmont Hospital). He always spends time with us and answers all of our questions. His name is Richard Weil.

We use Children's Healthcare of West Georgia. They have an office in Bremen, Carrollton (where we live), and Villa Rica. I don't know about all of the other doctors because we haven't ever used them, but we love Dr. Ogden! My partner works in the ER here, and he asked around to all of the nurses and Dr.'s who they took their kids to, and almost ALL of them suggested Dr. Ogden. He takes time and doesn't rush. We are also not very conventional as parents and even if they don't always agree with us, they are respectful. We did NOT get that at out 1st pediatrician's office (West Care) and that is why we left. Good luck!

if you are in carrollton carousel pediatrics is great. dr coleman is great. we have seen all the doctors from having to make last minute appointments, but for the checkups dr coleman has been the only one to see my daughter--she remembers her name even when we see her out around town--remembers my name too. i love her....

We use West Atlants Pediatrics. Dr Young is our pick. He's great~!!!!! They have two offices, one on Thortan Rd by the new Home Depot and one in Dallas on the corner of 120 and 92. Good Luck!
