Kaiser Pediatrician Recommendations

We love Dr. Gerstenberger at Lincoln!

Sorry for the late reply. Getting caught up on my emails.

My younger daughter goes to Dr. John Welch in Kaiser's Lincoln facility. My older daughter (13) wanted a female so she sees Linda McHugh who is a Nurse Practitioner at the Sierra Gardens facility. Both are absolutely wonderful.

For what its worth, the Lincoln facility is so much easier to deal with. Not to say their Sierra Gardens facility (where the Roseville Ped. dept is located) is bad just more hectic.

I saw where someone mentioned Kelly Robinson, OB. I also see her and think she's great.

I'm in Southern California and a member of Kaiser.
If your area is like mine, there should be a place at the Kaiser website www.kp.org , where you can look at lists of names of doctors, sorted by their specialties and see where they went to school, how long they've been practicing, and a little bit about their interests.
Of course this isn't as good as someone telling you who they go to and why they like him or her but it's a start.
As far as pediatricians in general, I think you'll probably be OK with any of them at Kaiser. They're usually up-to-date with latest research,
have good "bedside manner", etc.
At least that's been my experience.

I love Dr. Gerstenberger at the Lincoln Kaiser. I am not sure she is accepting new patients but she's the BEST!
